This safari starts in Maun on the 9th August and goes to the Khwai Community Concession area for the first 3 nights. Our camp is set up at Magotho. Here we can drive off road at your Guide’s discretion, great at Leopard sighting’s, this area is famous for it’s chilled Leopards. One evening we will have sundowners near the river and spotlight back to camp. You will enjoy a tranquil 2 1/2 hour mekoro trip whilst here early one morning.

On the 12th August we have a last early morning game drive at Khwai before heading 5 hours north through Chobe National Park, to our exclusive site at Savuti. In addition to our normal game drives we will visit a rock island that protects 13 majestic Baobab Tree’s and see a small panel of Bushmen Painting’s. The natural water holes should have dried up by now and a lot of action will be centred around the solar pumped waterholes at Marabou, Rhino Vlei and Pump Pan’s we will focus our game drives on these area’s in order to get the most action.

On the 15th August after a last early game drive at Savuti we head North to the Chobe river taking a picnic lunch with us. Our camp sill be set up for 3 nights at an exclusive site near the Chobe River and floodplain. We will go into Kasane one afternoon for a 3 hour boat cruise on the Chobe River, which will probably be one of the highlights of your safari. Depending on game movements we will explore from Serondera to Simwanza Dams and see a lot.

This safari finishes when we take you to the Kazungula Border for a 10am transfer on the 18th August 2020
